Chad
When we first met Chad he ate out almost every meal and got no exercise outside of his regular golf games. With YBL he lost over 100 pounds and has developed strength he never knew he had. We’ll let him tell you how it went in his own words:
“A year and a half ago I was over 280 lbs, eating out almost every meal, and was setting myself up for my family’s heart problems that have been passed down through the generations. At 30 years old, I had already tried numerous diets, nutrition plans, workout plans, but I could never hold to them. I needed that mental push that would get me over the edge. That push came in the form of Shana, and teaming with her has been one of the best decisions of my lifetime. 110 lbs later, 12 belt sizes later, I’m the healthiest I’ve ever been. We have shattered my original goals I set for myself and we make new goals almost every month. I was always afraid of the gym, and now I lifting is one of my favorite routines. I’m cooking and prepping the majority of my meals. My confidence has never been higher, and everything in life is now easier. I owe a lot to Shana for the time she has spent on me, she’s been a great motivator and that’s exactly what I needed to hold myself accountable. I can’t thank her enough for this complete lifestyle 180!”
